A patient around 40 years had undergone an abdominal hysterectomy for persistent cut irregular bleeding (Dub). For last  few months she noticed a gradually increasing soft thin mass coming out of vagina. On examination, a median sized ballon swelling very thin wall, gets tense on straning looks like an air filled ballon.

In middle of the mass a trance faint scar looking like line seen. Kindly suggest it's safe surgical corrections.
