30 years old male diagnosed with non-germ cell tumour of left testis. Testicle was removed . Opposite normal testis was absolutely normal. He received 4 cycles of Etoposide , Cis-platin and Bleomycin.After completion he was absolutely free from neoplasm. One year later after completion of last chemotherapy , the seman analysis showed aspermia - total abscent of sperm cells in semen.
Semen analysis was perfectly normal (motality and count) before starting chemotherapy. Presently he is taking Multivitamin Multi mineral and antioxident /Co-Q supplements. What are the chances ?
