55yr old pt operated for ca. Ovary Type 3 hysterectomy with LAR as rectum was also involved with b/l PLND & PARA AORTIC NODAL SAMPLING. ..intra op pt developed hypotension.so was on vasopressor for about 12 hrs...on pod1 urine output was 200cc...s. creatinine 1.2...potassium 3.4...pod2 urine output was 500cc after that pt developed anuria ...with s.
Creatinine 3.9 potassium 4.5...with no response to torsemide...what could be the cause. prerenal...renal...or it could be obstructive uro path. ..please share your thoughts and experiences
