Primary cardiac lymphoma (PCL) is a rare type of extra-nodal lymphoma affecting the pericardium and heart. It is generally observed in immunocompromised patients and, more specifically, in males with a median age of 63 years. Due to its non-specific cardiac manifestations, it very difficult to diagnose, and the disease prognosis is also very difficult. Here we present a rare case report of a 73-year-old man with PCL who was managed by early surgical debulking.
