A 28-year-old gentleman presented with a 1-year history of slowly extending linear depression on his forehead, over the left side to the midline. The lesion gradually extended downward from the frontal hairline region to the eyebrow edge. There was no preceding history of trauma or redness, and the lesion is asymptomatic. He has used an over-the-counter topical cream on the area, but no appreciable improvement was noted.
