A 25 years young lady having weakness and symptoms of a common cold for six months. Now, complaining of fever and cough for 15 days, not responding to treatment, referred to me in very bad condition with BP 70/50, thin pulse giddiness. IV fluids are given.

Only fine crepitations audible on Lt side of the upper chest. What could be the provisional diagnosis?
