A woman gave birth to a healthy baby under the supervision of a doctor while traveling on the Dibrugarh-Chandigarh Express. The pregnant woman and her husband boarded the train from Barauni to visit Muzaffarpur (Bihar). She experienced labor pain shortly after departure. Her husband immediately informed the train’s ticket examiner and the railway police, who swiftly alerted the railway control room about the medical emergency. When the train reached Samastipur station (Bihar), an obstetrician, with the help of a nurse, safely delivered the baby onboard the halted train.
