A 17-year-old boy was presented to the hospital with complaints of turning deaf and blind. The patient appeared skinny and malnourished. He had a habit of consuming only junk food instead of daily healthy food since the past decade. History The patient had a history of consuming only junk food since the age of seven. After counselling visits, he mentioned that he didn’t like the texture of fruits and vegetables and hence stopped consuming them.

At the age of 14, the patient lost his hearing ability and gradually lost his eyesight as well. The patient was left with zero social life.
