This is a 22-year-old girl come in for a follow-up. She has a known history of typhoid fever now again identified with IgM positive  and IgG negative.

Her pathology report shows: Hb   12.2g/dl ESR  38mm/Ist hour WBC 7.8 x10'g/l Typhoid relapsed again after one year. Your suggestions will be highly appreciated regarding treatment protocol.
