Hi, I have a female patient 56 years old who presented herself with high-grade fever with chills for the past 10 days with Dysuria, frequency, urgency with lower abdominal pain. Attained menopause 10 years back, no complaints. On examination febrile, other conditions normal. Temp 103 f. Pulse 110 bpm, BP 100/70 MMO FHG. Mild dehydration. RR 16 bpm. CVS normal.
