A 45 years old smoker, having repeated relapses of pulmonary tuberculosis. A total of four. Last two times he was sputum negative but gene expert positive, sensitive to rifampin. Always presenting within a couple of months from treatment completion. Treatment compliance is also good.

ATT administered was thrice weekly always. Symptomatically, improves within weeks into ATT. What can be done apart from trying daily ATT? Please advise.
