A 28-year-old man presented with a history of low back pain and radicular pain in legs. On examination, there was right foot drop and sensory loss in bilateral L5-S1 distribution. He also had bladder and bowel involvement.

Imaging revealed two lesions in intramural extramedullary space, one at D11 level and another at L1-2 level. He underwent laminectomy and resection of the tumors without any new neurological deficit.
