Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) is the most prevalent liver disease affecting 30% of the global population, with no FDA-approved treatment available currently. It is known that hepatic inflammation leads to the progression of NAFLD and B-cells are the critical regulators of immune responses.
