Investigations are integral part of clinicial practice but, patients and their attendants are usually not satisfied with the number of tests written and referring them to a particular lab only. On the other hand, in case of death of patients the charge of not properly investigating the case has been made on the doctors. Is there any mean to rationalize this process to prevent defamation of doctors?
