51 years old male was suffering from palpitation and sweating for the past five years. He was assessed repeatedly for possible CAHD with negative results. In 2012, he has undergone TMT and reported as normal by the cardiologist. I have gone through the TMT recently and found changes which are not positive but pointing towards a possible lesion in RCA territory. He has got dyslipaedemia but Lipoprotein A and Fibrinogen normal with an increase in the plaletlet count more than 2.5 lakhs.It has been decided to do CAG. He underwent CAG on 23.08.2017.The findings as per Interventional Cardiologist is no LMCA.
