We in OPD practice are doing wound dressings where it is not possible to know Hep B/ Hep C / HIV status of the patient. How to sterilise the instruments used? Is boiling or autoclaving sufficient?

What about sterilisation of instruments & linen used for operations of Hep B / Hep C / HIV positive patients? Gastroenterologist / Hematologist or Microbiologist are requested to guide.
