A 24 yrs old male with complaints of severe itching in scalp for 3 months, h/o on removing skin over the lesion results in bleeding. Itching subsides but burning pain sets in. H/o similar lesions in right lateral thigh, left groin, right armpit, angle of nose, and eyebrows.

No h/o fever; no h/o past co-morbities, RA, drug allergy. How would you diagnose these lesions? Please opine.
