22 yr old male married from 4 yrs, couple having primary infertility. Normal built male with nrml secondary sexual charactrrs and genital examination. Having normal sexual life and values of testosterone and Fsh . prolactin is raised (44) .
usg fr testis and scrotum shows no abnotmality. Started on cabergoline 0.25mg twice weekly, after 1mnth prolactin levels go below normal but semen parameters do not improve. Pt having severe oligozoospermia wid 90% dead sperms. How to proceed further in this case?
