Looking at increasing number of Consumer and Criminal Cases against Negligent Doctors, A proposal could be sent to GOI to incorporate a law through an act of parliament so that doctors can file PIL to seek guidance of Fast Track Court to seek court opinion regarding proper treatment of sick patients on a day to day basis in this way courts can monitor treatment of seriously ill patients in a legal manner. In this manner, the judiciary can also have a say in proper legal treament of patients and in case of any mishap or death be also charged with criminal sections of IPC being accompalice of so called "murdering doctors".
