Number of MBBS doctors are increasing every year in india because of increased no of private medical institute and foreign MBBS degree holder but there is no increase in number of PG seats accordingly. There will come time when MBBS doctors will be like today's MBA professionals in every street searching for the job. Government gives excuses not having enough money and infrastructure to put on more number of junior residents in the hospital. Please suggest solution for this problem if you consider it big problem.
Accordin to my thinking all the diploma seats should be change to MD/MS. I don't understand why there is a need of such a degree which is actually supposed to be inferior than MD/MS in our system. There won't be any burden on government and actually all the doctors will get same respect. Thanks.
