Male, 31 age, came to clinic, with objective clicking tinnitus occurring just after he had a root canal treatment on right lower third molar, around 3 months ago. MRI of head showed no problems in any part of brain. I gave him 20 units of botulinum toxin A injections into left palatine muscle after a week when he came.

He showed immediate improvement, but, same symptoms again came back after a few months. What do I do now?
