In this randomized controlled study from a Turkish training and research hospital, 60 primiparous women were followed prospectively after allocation to either routine postpartum breastfeeding counseling or counseling plus a purpose‑built smartphone app delivering WHO/UNICEF–based video content, daily motivational messages for 30 days (then weekly to six months), and an interactive “ Ask Me ” function for direct questions.
