A cigarette as whole, its cover, pipe or inner powder material may have or contain marijuana, opium or opium products like morphine, ganja, nicotine, caffeine, heroine or tramadol etc. Is it advisable to smoke at our residences like home, hostels, cars or work sites (clinics, hospitals, offices, schools etc.) As it is "injurious to health" has labelled till date, is it possible to make cigarette as, "Smoking safe in limits anywhere, anytime" without any fear of malignancy/carcinoma.
