Case A 76-year old male with a long history of recurrent multiple meningiomas was presented. The patient's previous history includes hypertension, dyslipidemia, and lower acute myocardial infarction at the age of 44. Meningioma Occurrence At the age of 47, he was first diagnosed with right parietal parasagittal meningioma involving the falx cerebri, which was treated with surgery. The patient underwent two more surgeries due to recurrence at the age of 68 and 71 years.16 months post third surgery, recurrence was noticed and the radiotherapy was referred for 3 months.
