A 28 yr primigravida, ms 10 yrs, conceived spontaneously came to me with h/o amenorrhea 3 months followed by heavy BPV since 1 hr scan showed live fetus of 11 week with placenta fundal n no rp clot. Bleeding subsided with tranexa. After 2 days patient came back with severe pain lower abd . I did an abdominal scan.
Fetus was alive with rest everything normal.on doing PS patient had bulging membranes n aborted after half an hour. Eventhough patient was totally uninvestigated and not very affording kind too. What all could be possible etiologies and what minimum investigations should be done?
