This 33-years old man presented with a hard swelling in the left half of the face near the cheek region. The OPG (image 1) and plain radiograph (image 2) showed a dense lesion along the buccal aspect of the mandibular ramus. The CT and 3DCT (image 3 and 4) showed a bony lesion arising exophytically from the buccal aspect of the ramus.
