A 30 year old female, c/o such lesions from 8 months, not responding to treatment given by derma dept, (Retinoid ointment, antivirals, Antioxidants and various creams). She wants to conceive also, because she has PCOD with irregular periods, under folic acid and ova-bless type of medications.
now i stopped all for six months as she has regular periods and advised gyms and other exercises. Now what is this lesion and it's treatment, which should not affect the fertility and don't have teratogenic side effects?
