If a patient received 2 doses of betamethasone early in pregnancy, say around 30-32 weeks of gestation. Do we need to repeat the dose again at 36-38 weeks to prevent RDS?

In other words, whether two doses given at any period of gestation suffice to prevent neonatal complications associated with prematurity?
