A 57-year-old female complaint of sticky discharge from her mouth since last 8 months. She also complaints of dryness of her lips and throat discomfort, which she relates to sticky discharge from her mouth. According to her, the problem arose after she got the replacement of upper central incisor with fixed partial denture with 3 unit bridge. On examination, her periodontal condition was good. No obvious pathology was noted in the premaxillary region.

X-rays were also normal. On her request, the bridge was removed, but the problem persisted. ENT examination was also normal. What may the cause of sticky discharge?
