Presently I find our medical profession to be one of the most competitive and difficult field to survive. With the central government s initiative to sanction more number of medical colleges to cater to the ever growing Indian population , a doctor in future will have a tough place to survive in this society. Criteria is, to have a doctor for 1000 people. My personal experience of 15 yrs of clinical experience has made me think that a few of these strategies if followed, could be definitely helpful. Post graduation is a must for every doctor.
