50 yo/m, working in sort of marketing business came with c/o depression, indigesion, constipation, insomnia. History explore the use of unknown drug since 10 yr for insomnia. But since few days he is  using alprax 0.5 half tablet, sometimes od or bd as previous one is not available to him without prescription.
