Cervical agenesis occurs in 1 in 80000 to 100000 births. According to the American Fertility Society, cervical agenesis should be classified as a type Ib müllerian anomaly. According to ESHRE/ESGE classification, it is classified in class C4 category. This video represents the management of a case of 16 years old female with primary amenorrhoea and cyclical lower abdominal pain since one year. After complete examination and investigations, diagnosis of isolated cervical agenesis with haematometra and left ovarian chocolate cyst was made.
