Heart rhythm disorder (arrhythmias) occurs due to abnormal electrical impulses. An intraventricular conduction disturbance can lead to irregular shape or duration of the QRS pattern in ECG (Electrocardiography). The present case emphasizes an uneven pattern of heart rhythm observed on the ECG report and its interpretation. Case Scenario: A 42- year-old male was presented to the emergency department with shortness of breath and lower extremity edema from one month.
No significant cardiovascular history was observed.
