A now 10 months old baby suffering from atopic eczema with sensitization to egg, milk and peanut. The mother breastfeeds yet, but keep an appropriate diet. Overall, the skin findings has improved. Repeated it comes but in the face to an inflammatory stove with detection of staphylococci. The child is scratching on the stove again.
All therapeutic attempts with Infectopyoderm eg, zinc ointment, Tyrosurgel or even with a plaster bandage applied so far no cure. Various bandages irritate the skin even more, without dressing scratching the child.Which treatment options do I have left? Maybe someone knows some advice.
