Study: The study aims at finding survival outcome and neurotoxicity grades in patients treated with conformal radiation and temozolomide in high-grade gliomas (HGG). Methodology: From 2003 to 2007, 43 patients with HGG were provided with temozolomide and post-operative radiation. Among those, 23 had total resection while 17 had subtotal resection while the remaining had biopsy only. IMRT was preferred as a treatment option for 33 patients and the remaining ones received 3DCRT (conformal radiation).

The median dose given to PTV1 was 54.3 Gy and PTV 2 61.58 Gy. CTCAE version 2.0 was used for assessing neurotoxicity with sequential MRI while version 3.0 was implemented for evaluating cognitive disturbances.
