A pt. Is 56 years old, diabetic, hypertensive, posthysterectomy several years ago,obese, on treatment for DM n on antihypertensive drugs ,her blood sugar fasting is 153 mg/dl. She has vulval lesions n similar lesions in bilateral posterior thoracic area symmetrically.

Thinking of herpes treat her by oral n topical acyclovir ,for 5 days, but in follow up found new lesions. Lesions starts as fluid filled vesicles n pus colored center of lesions. Please suggest the diagnosis and treatment.
