But he accidentally done the traumatic cathetrisation as the obstruction was near bladder outlet. Then I tried to put the catheter through guide wire but I failed and pt continue to bleed.
They went to a senior surgeon who put the catheter. My questions are: should I try per urethrel cathertrisation once traumatic cathetrisation occur or go for SPC followed by RGU MCU? there are metal dilator also available in hospital so can I dialate and put PUC after traumatic cathetrisation? what are the techniques to put PUC after traumatic cathetrisation?
