A middle-aged female 56, was referred for the opinion of the dermatological department. Biopsy report of skin over shin: Myxomatous changes. Patient has diabetes, Low T 3  and normal TSH, normal T 4 .

No acute illness. She is not on betablockade. What do you think whether she needs hormonal replacement?
