A 50 yr old asymptomatic female patient had Hb 6.7 gm/ dl.. Poor r waves on anterior limb leads on ECG .. Came for routine check up ..

Do oral haematinics suffice as the patient is asymptomatic or iron injections preferable ?? pls suggest
