A 15-year-old girl was admitted to our side in an emergency with a complaint of abdominal distention with a sign of peritonitis. X-ray show gas under diaphragm on right side .after optimisation of the patient, perforation exploratory laparatomy was done. Per-operatively there were multiple perforations with trichobezoar.

a hole was made in stomach via transverse incision and trichobezor was removed gently. Resection and anastomosis of jejunal perforation were done alongwith feeding jejunostomy.
