I am treating a Young Female with History of Pus Discharge from umbilicus since 7-8 days. It is foul smelling discharge, some feculent order. But USG shows no communication to bowel or bladder.

I have examined it by using mosquito forceps, it seems to be deep. What should I do next: Either perform surgery with thorough exploration, or CT abdomen and wait for medical management?
