Hello all,  I am having intermittent pain in left shoulder joint since past few months. At first, I thought that I was probably sleeping wrongly. But over the past few months I have felt the pain many a times. It usually subsides within a week.

I do not have pain in any other joints. As a result of the pain, I have difficulty in lifting my left arm in many directions. Please suggest the causes of this pain. Thanks (Age: 28 years)
