Middle aged man, complaining of tinnitus, Until now he has had no other significant past medical history. He reports that he hears 3 different kinds of sounds in different frequencies, and each of different durations. He had reported that he had disturbed sleep because of it too. duration of symptoms 3 months.
Earlier he had taken some Labrynthine sedatives like cinnarizine, procloperazine etc, and found temporary relief, but now is refractory to the same. ENT exam was non contributory, although detailed exam like audimetry etc not done. Kindly advise on future course in management.
