Case Presentation A 20-year-old woman was admitted for evaluation of painful leg ulcers that had been progressively worsening over two months. History of Present Illness The lesions began as ecchymotic and vesicular, gradually progressing to necrotic ulcers with centrifugal growth The lesions were initially managed in primary healthcare through debridement, wound care, and cefuroxime, without success Despite ongoing care, the ulcers continued to enlarge and became increasingly painful, prompting hospital admission At presentation, multiple deep, irregularly shaped ulcers were observed on both thighs, the largest measuring approximately 6 cm in diameter.
The ulcers had violaceous borders, fibrinous bases, and hemorrhagic exudate, with a few hyperpigmented scars suggestive of previous healed lesions Examination Findings Local Examination: Some lesions were oval, others irregularly shapedโฆ
