13 years young, had viral like illness 15 DAYS ago, pediatrician said only minor lymph nodes enlargement in neck, will subside automatically, it occurs with viral throat infection. After 15 DAYS came to me c/o neck and throat pain. There are a lot of lymph nodes enlarged all around neck about 150, 1cm to 2cm, two LN in each Axilla, one to two in each poppliteal fossa, not in inguinal areas, no spleen and liver enlargement seen by me. His father is under my treatment for 15 --20 Lymph nodes got matted and formed a lump over Rt lateral scapular area to rt axillary line, FNAC SHOWED TB, ON ATT FOR 9 MONTH, ALMOST RECOVERED, LUMP MELTED.
GRAND FATHER DIED OF TB 3 YEARS AGO, GRAND FATHER HAD TB TWICE, TREATED TWICE. INVESTIGATIONS POSTED, PLEASE HELP. ESR 11MM, CBC NORMAL. MT AWAITED.
