I would like to have opinion regarding the 33 year old female having right vaginal wall ulcer diagnosed 3 yearsback, VDRL , TPHA negative, normal pap smear. Biopsy was done 3 years back which showed chronic inflammatory lesion, she complains of pain and bleed on intercourse.

On speculam examination its look superficial ulceration without any infection sign. How to evaluate and manage this patient now?
