Can uncontrolled hypertension in human body will lead to vascular tear, vascular leak due to rupture in coronary vessels and pericardial vessels in our cardia and surrounding as hypertension can lead vascular leak, haemorrhage in our brain, adrenals, liver spleen, lungs and other organs in our body.  Is this haemorrhage, haematoma due to hypertension lead to cardiac arrhythmias, cardiac failure or mimic as myocardial infarction?
