Case Presentation A 12-year-old immunocompetent male child presented to the dermatology clinic with progressive facial lesions that had been present for one year. There was no personal or family history of dermatological illness. Clinical Findings The lesions began as skin-colored papules that gradually evolved into painless, verrucous, hyperkeratotic plaques (Figure A) On examination, the plaques involved the entire face, including the forehead, nose, both cheeks, and jaw areas There was no associated pain, fever, or itching.
Previous Management The patient had received treatment at multiple hospitals prior to presentation, but there was no significant improvement with previously attempted therapies.
