A 20 years girl collided with the wall and injured first MCP joint one month ago, still c/o pain and swelling at joint and meta carpel bone. No treatment was given. X-ray posted.

She B asthmatic up-to the age of 14yrs, now not. H/o some kind of fever for three days every month. Kindly tell after looking at X-ray, about any infection /osteopenia, or developing osteomyelitis?
