A 4-year-old boy presented with an 8-month history of a slow-growing submandibular mass. He has felt feverish nearly every day and has been waking up at night with wet bedsheets. On examination, the mass is approximately 8 cm × 5 cm in size, non-tender, firm, and slightly mobile (X-ray attached). An excisional lymph node biopsy demonstrates mixed cellularity including Reed-Sternberg cells.
